Hand Sanitizer Stand Issues

Updated 2 years ago by Triana Kalmanoff

Hand sanitizer stands are provided for each kiosk. If your location has multiple kiosks, there will be a hand sanitizer stand for each one. The health and safety of you and your clients is very important to us and we ask that everyone use hand sanitizer before using the kiosk. There is also an onscreen reminder at the beginning of each session. If the hand sanitizer is no longer working as it should be, this is a very urgent issue and we will do our best to fix it immediately.

  • If the light on your hand sanitizer dispenser is blinking red, the batteries are low or the sensor is blocked.
  • If you run out of hand sanitizer in your gallon jug or if you run out of batteries, you are responsible for sourcing refills. Funds from the CARES Act grant purchased the initial supply, however, host sites must maintain the devices. Please try and notify your legal aid partner before you run out so that there is sufficient time for replacements to be ordered and shipped to you
  • If you are missing parts or if something else is wrong, please contact Laciey Edison and let us know what the issue is.
