COVID-19 Safety Protocol
Your safety and that of your clients is of the utmost importance to us. COVID-19 has made many things difficult compared to our pre-pandemic world, including installing the kiosks. Thank you for working through this with us to make it happen as safely as possible for your staff, vendors, and clients.
Hand Sanitizer Dispenser
Each kiosk should have its own hand sanitizer dispenser placed in front, where it will be easily accessed by those wanting to use the kiosk. Onscreen instructions remind users to use the hand sanitizer provided before using the kiosk.
Please make sure to keep the hand sanitizer within reach.
Washable Keyboard & Mouse
The original keyboard and mouse that came with the computer should be swapped out for the washable versions when you receive them. View our list of packages and kiosk components here. To learn how to assemble the kiosks, read our step-by-step instructions (Model A and Model B).
Washable After the washable keyboard and mouse are in place they can be washed regularly.

Touchscreen
Both the Model A and the Model B kiosk are touchscreen capable. However, in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we ask that all users refrain from using the touch screen capabilities. While the keyboard and mouse are washable, constant sanitization of the screen may result in early degradation of the device and therefore we ask that users do not touch the screen.
